Fasting - End Your Weight Loss Frustration Now

You'd be surprise how effective intermittent fasting can be. I personally do not recommend for long term goals but to burn away few extra pounds, this can be your best option.

If you plan you fasting properly, you won't lose your energy and feel lethargic. I recommend you to try this out for at least 15 days and see the results.

One of the best fasting system I saw is called as Eat Stop Eat. Remember a good weight loss plan may not be complicated. Always strive for simplicity
