Rapid Fat Loss - How is it Possible?

The question of Rapid Fat Loss often comes up in discussion whenever people discuss about this. If you are fat, then you do want to get rid of this ugly fat as fast as possible. Heck that was the scenario when I was over 45 pounds overweight.

Is there a secret which others know and we dont'?

That was my first thought but later I discarded it after doing some research.

When I started working out and put myself on strict diet, I found few key things

Our body does not want to fat. It's meant to evolve. But when we start gaining weight, it starts evolving towards wrong direction. The moment you turn around and start walking towards the right direction, your body starts dropping fat like it never had.

That's the reason you see tremendous results initially when you start working out and eating right.

Your body is going to help you if you let it and just don't get in its way. Like my earlier posts I talked about HIIT and Strict Diet of calorie restriction. Just do that you'll see tremedous results.
