But what I am talking about is based on High Intensity Interval training routines.

You can spend only 10 minutes working out in High Intensity intervals and you'll melt fat like butter melts on stove.

Depending on your exercises intensity, set your time and rest intervals.

30 second interval training is good for start up. If you workout for 10 minutes, You'll get 5 minutes of workout and 5 minutes of rest. Even then you'll see fat dropping off your body.

Changes can be seen in as little as 3 days.

Remember guys and gals. It's the intensity that counts not time.
