If you are busy kind then I highly recommend Intermittent Fasting. Brad Pilon shared great insights on Intermittent fasting, in which you'll be able to fast in specific period (specially on your off days) and improve your body.

If you are more of analytical type I highly recommend Zone diet. Frankly speaking Zone diet is one of the sanest diet out there.
