I was surfing around saw few discussion and blog posts about it.

what the heck?

My first response was How lazy can you get?

Water will make you pee more, get more energy, might help more with digestion. Digestion might remove some extra junk from your body and make it look like you are losing weight.

But actually you are not loosing fat. No matter what experts say.

drinking water is good thing actually, and I highly recommend it. but not for fat loss.

if your goal is fat loss then try working out and changing your diet
